Return & Refund Policy – Tru Creations
At Tru Creations, all of our products are custom-made and designed uniquely for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Double-check all spellings, sizes, colors, and design requests. Tru3 Creation is not responsible for errors that occur due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in producing and shipping your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Since each product is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, we’ve already begun the customization process, and cancellations cannot be accepted.
